Combo Vats
Ullmer’s Dairy Equipment & Fabrication Combo Vats (also known as Vat Pasteurizer) are designed to be complaint to USDA & 3A Sanitary Standards. Reduce equipment cost/save space by combining a batch pasteurizer and cheese vat into one. Combo Vats can be heated with hot water or steam. Feature a swing arm agitator along with hinged and lockable/removable lids. Cheese-making is performed with the main paddle and lids removed, and the agitator swung out of the way. Custom-designed to meet your needs and fit your facility space perfectly; starting from 100 – 300 gallons. Contact us if you have any further questions.
