The basic design includes detergent-wash and freshwater rinse zones. Further sanitation can be accomplished through the addition of pre-rinse, post-rinse, and sanitizing zones. An option for full automation can provide a washer that is programmable in conveyor speed, temperature, spray pressure, and chemical concentration, which, once setup to your requirements, can be operated as easily as the push of a button.
